Creating your first video is easy! Tap the Create tab, choose your mode (Custom, Effects, Camera Controls, or Polaroid), upload a photo, and tap Generate. Your video will be ready in seconds. Each creation mode is designed for different styles - experiment to find your favorite!

Videz offers 4 ways to create: (1) Custom mode - write your own prompts for unique videos, (2) Effects mode - choose from 40+ instant transformations, (3) Camera Controls - add 15 professional camera movements, (4) Polaroid mode - combine two photos into vintage-style stories with optional captions.

Credits are Videz's simple payment system. Each video creation costs credits based on your settings. Custom and Camera Controls videos cost 0.5-3 credits depending on quality and length. Effects cost 1 credit. Polaroid creations cost 1.5 credits. Buy credit packs when you need them - no subscriptions required!

All your videos are in the My Creations tab. You can filter by status (All, Completed, In Progress, Failed) and see when each video was created. Videos are stored for 7 days, so make sure to download your favorites before they expire. We'll send you reminders!

To keep the app fast and storage costs reasonable, we store videos for 7 days. This gives you plenty of time to download and share your creations. You'll see a countdown and get reminders before expiration. Simply tap the download button to save videos to your device permanently.

Yes! For Custom and Camera Controls modes, tap the settings icon to choose your quality (480p, 720p, or 1080p) and duration (5s or 10s). For Effects mode, you can select aspect ratios (1:1 for Instagram, 16:9 for YouTube, or 9:16 for Stories). Higher quality and longer durations cost more credits.

If generation fails, don't worry - you won't be charged credits! Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, try a different photo or contact support at hello@videz.app. Common issues include poor lighting in photos or very large file sizes.

Tap the Account tab, then tap your credit count or choose a credit pack. Select the package that fits your needs and complete the purchase through Apple. Credits are added to your balance instantly and never expire as long as you keep using Videz.

Videz supports all common image formats including JPG, PNG, and HEIC (iPhone's default format). For best results, use clear, well-lit photos with good resolution. The app automatically optimizes your images for video generation.

Go to Account tab → Settings icon (top right) → scroll to Account section → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including credits, creation history, and account information. This action cannot be undone, so make sure to download any videos you want to keep first.

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption, secure API communications, and Apple's CloudKit for data sync. Your photos are processed securely and not permanently stored. Generated videos are kept for 7 days then automatically deleted. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
